Probably few Historians will mention us. Our class, starting in the 7th grade, were the people, young people, who more than any other people lead the way in working to intergrate a fair and equal society for all people of race and nationality in Kansas City, and in our community. The task was not easy, with many hurts and pains. But by the grace of God and through Jesus Christ teaching the power of forgiveness, we are a better people, and true heroes to the civil rights movement. My fellow classmates of 1973 I salute you. Are love is strong.
